Satisfaction Promise
If you are not happy with your new Mills apartment home, we will release you from your lease within the first 30 days. You will only have to pay for the time you lived with us.
Relocation Promise
Should you need to move to a more convenient Mills Apartment Community, we want to make this move as easy as possible for you. All you have to do is give 30 days’ written notice to your current Mills Community. You will pay no application fee and no termination fee.
Maintenance Promise
Mills’ Maintenance Team promises to respond to any maintenance request within 48 hours of the request.
