Reviews & News
I have lived here for several years now. Finally moving in a few months and it cannot come sooner. They charge outrageous fees for ridiculous things screwing people over financially. Even though they are "remodeling/updating" the units they do a shoddy job to day the least. Closets doors will always fall off, missed painting a few spots, neighbors are loud, some tenants very disrespectful. I always say you can try and polish a turd but at the end of the day it's still a turd! Do not recommend!
I don't like to live here because the neighbor that lives down stairs makes big noises every day no matter day or night. I sent a email to the property management office but nothing changed. I will move out as soon as my agreement expires
We came to this apartments 2 months back and from the day we entered so is the complains started. We finally planned to move out. This is disgusting very old apartments. We are not able to stay more than 2 months. The management listened to our issues but not able to solve them and finally told us to look for another apartment.
Thank you for your review. We apologize that you have had maintenance troubles. Your new dishwasher was on order and was installed today. In addition, when we received your work order for your window on February 3rd, we contacted SkyView Glass to come out to measure and replace it. We were able to speak with your roommate today and scheduled a repair of your ceiling. Our maintenance team has been working diligently to repair all of your issues, and will continue to do so as we are notified of problems. In regards to your rent, we were able to speak with your roommate today and reviewed all lease charges. If you have questions regarding your rent or utility charges, I would be happy to sit down with you to review your lease and ledger. We value our residents and sincerely wish to make sure you are happy in your new home. Please feel free to contact me directly with any further issues. Thank you, Angie
If I could leave less stars I would. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They have all these craigslist ads about how amazing they are, and what great deals they have. Then you are sold when you see how spacious and "remodeled" they are. You move in and get settled and see how horrible the place actually is. My boyfriend and I have lived here for 5 months and its been one issue after another. First its the dishwasher (still not fixed), then it was the toilet leaving urine (still not fixed), then moving into winter it was the incredibly drafty windows, doors and sliding glass doors. We have 2 small children and the window is so drafty in their room, we had to put in a space heater. My boyfriend bought a plastic barrier for the window, since they have yet to fix it. Then just recently our master bedroom's bathroom has been leaking water from the ceiling vent. I don't mean a little bit, I mean almost pouring out. No one has came to look at it, and no one has tried to fix it. The next issue? The management? Talk about a bunch of degenerates trying to run an office. I am fairly confident they didn't graduate, and aren't qualified to work in the management department of a leasing property. They have our rent wrong EVERY month. They don't cash checks until the middle of the month, then charge you for late rent!!! Then they make up fees that they don't tell you about and have no explanation for. I could keep going about this disgusting complex...but I will stop. I can't wait for our lease to be up.
