It is a very well kept community with caring staff. Whether single or a small family, you will find a place in this community. The grounds are well kept and the buildings are pretty modern and updated. A few things that are not so good are the maintenance repairs, Sometimes they do not complete a job with quality although the speed of the repairs is good. If you have a bedroom that sticks out, it is very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer so outer insulation is not very good, but the rest of the apartment is very cozy. I can only speak of the garden walkouts.
Nice place to live, but since we pay our utility bills, the appliances need to be updated to more energy efficient ones.
The staff is GREAT! Any problems taken care of right away neighbors, maintenance and management are very friendly and wonderful.
I recently had a friend asked me what I thought and my answer was that this is the first apartment that I have lived in where I renewed my lease. I feel very safe, the neighbors are nice, and the size of the apartments are the things that appeal to me most. Parking is at a minimum though.
I would recommend Hunter’s Ridge due to the excellent Management and Maintenance Staff.
Quiet with good neighbors and extremely helpful and pleasant office staff. The maintenance men complete requests very quickly and the workers in the office are always eager to help if there is a problem.
This place is great. I love my view and the one bedroom with the study is exactly what I needed!
The best place I have ever lived in. They take good care of the place. Lots of room and open floor plan. Great place to live.
Wonderful and spacious. Very wonderful staff and neighbors. My only complaint is I wish they would clean the stairwells a little better.
I would say that my time at Hunters ridge has been great! They are friendly and quick to repond to any maintenance issue I have had. The grounds are kept nice and safe. My only comment would be to have space in the area coming out from the stairs to the parking. It is really bad to have the cars on either side when you are trying to carry in groceries or anything. Some spots do have the small walkway but mine does not. I highly recommend this apartment complex!
